Modern lifestyle habitsSitting for long periods, poor posture, lordosis and bad running or walking form can all be causes of glute / butt and hip pain.

Through my training and in-depth anatomical study, working with clients and helping 1000s of piriformis pain sufferers, I’ve created this Pathway to guide you on a step-by-step journey to relieving that pain, once and for all! Class 1
I'll guide you in slow, controlled juicy movements to reactivate all the small hip muscles - getting them to stabilise & protect our hips as they should!
Class 2
Build upon new stability with more strength! This strength is going to help piriformis out even more, so that it no longer has to work harder than it should!
Class 3
I'll help you integrate more mobility, whilst using your new strength - so the muscles start to work and move in a more natural, and balanced, way.
Class 4
Deep but gentle release to the hip muscles using myofascial release techniques with a ball - for overall release, rejuvenation & hip health.
Class 5
Finally, I'll lead you through active and semi-passive stretches to bring back more elasticity to piriformis & other hip muscles. (It's really important to build strength & stability & release tension first, otherwise stretching can actually increase irritation!)
