Surround your self with nature

Do some yoga outside – nature is naturally stress reducing, it helps to calm and relax. It effectively shifts us into a positive mood. And it increases brain function – being in nature can increase our concentration and our creativity.
So, when combining yoga and the beautiful outdoors, you have a double dose of physical relaxation and mental stimulation.
