This set of one to one sessions will include a full consultation and manageable yoga sequences to take home, personalised to you. Plus, running gait analysis and natural running coaching to improve technique and avoid injury, using many of the principles covered in the yoga.
Each week we will review progress and add/ modify the yoga sequences and add new elements into the running coaching.
If you’re suffering with an injury of any kind and are interested in using yoga as a therapy to help rehabilitate and reduce risk of further damage, or if you’re new to yoga, then a one to one session might be best for you. As every body and every injury or problem is different, a private session will allow the yoga postures to be specifically tailored to your needs.
