My favourite combination of dynamic Vinyasa yoga sequences, relaxing yet releasing Yin postures, and deep tissue myofascial release work, in 3 different Sunday morning sessions.
Open to everyone – particularly beneficial to athletes.
Using myofascial release techniques, we start to break down deep set tension, which is so useful to do in combination with stretching. Yin poses wake up the body slowly, with the potential of achieving a deeper level of release than more dynamic sequences. Flowing Vinyasa sequences to strengthen, mobilise and find focus and ending with relaxation. In my opinion, the perfect Sunday morning practice!
Reasonable health and fitness and some yoga experience required, otherwise open to all!
